About the Instructor: Warm, energetic and personable, Carolyn has been teaching group fitness classes for over 4 years, and has been participating in them for much of her life! She is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor and teaches many different formats, including boot camps, HIIT classes, core strength, Les Mills’ BodyCombat and Les Mills’ BodyFlow.
In addition to teaching fitness classes, Carolyn has a Master’s in Teaching and is a wardrobe consultant with Organization by Design. With her love of teaching and passion to help others look and feel their best, Carolyn has developed a strong following of fitness and health enthusiasts in the area.
