Stand-up Paddleboarding is just rocketing in popularity. Many describe the feeling as walking on water. Many people still don't know what it is, the best way to describe it is to imagine using a long canoe paddle to paddle a surf-board. Of course the best way to really understand is to take a class. You can creep along the side of a pond with a great look at the fish below or use it as a super core workout (quit the gym and by a board!).
