In this class we will practice a variety of meditation techniques to calm our minds and become more aware of the present moment. Whether you are new to meditation or are a long-time meditator, this class will help you deepen your practice and get to know yourself better. Some of the techniques that we will cover include:





  • Mindfulness of breath


  • Loving Kindness Meditation


  • Walking meditation


  • Mindfulness of body, sounds and sights


  • Mindfulness of thoughts
