The preschool gymnastics program strives to instill a life long love of physical activity at an early age. Each class begins with circle time which include aerobics and stretching. New gymnastics shapes and skills are introduced at this time. In the second and third segments of class we travel to gymnastics events (floor exercise, balance beam, bars, trampoline, and everyone's favorite, our foam block training pit). The children come together at the end of class for a cooperative game and stamp for a job well done!
*Please note you can only take 2 gymnastic classes through the recreation department. After that you will need to register with Mass Gymnastics directly!
