Athletic Revolution is offering a one week free trial and initial assessment through The Recreation Department. Once you register online, you will be contacted by Athletic Revolution to set up your trial.
If you would like to continue with your training, Recreation participants will be offered premier pricing with no enrollment fee. With Athletic Revolution, you are embarking on an internationally field-tested and success-proven system of training. This is an individualized long term functional approach to physical fitness/activity, social and emotional well being.

This program introduces participants to a wide range of non-specific exercise stimulus that aids in the natural development of coordination habits. Athletic Revolution Coaches utilize the principle of ‘Outcome-Based Coaching’ which allows young participants to learn the physical skills of exercise through a fun, experimental and self-discovery based means.
This program is for any individual that wants to become a better athlete or a more physically active person by establishing ‘athletic intelligence’ through a carefully planned programming structure that allows them to learn and comprehend both simple and complex motor skills and have fun doing it.
The High School Athletes phase is where the concentrated training application takes place. Whether the goal is sporting excellence, fitness, wellness or obesity prevention, this portion of the Athletic Revolution Developmental Model is based on solid execution and fundamental training habits so that each participant can maximize their respective goals.
